<![CDATA[Payment failed but my money was taken AND I didn't get the coins?]]>I downloaded the app today and was trying to buy some coins so I could read a series. When I tried to by the £15.99 pack ($17.99), it said the payment failed and didn't give me the coins. That is already an issue, but then the money was charged from my account even though I didn't receive anything due to the failed payment! How do I get my money back, or at least get the coins?

If you never got a receipt, then you'll want to contact your device's store (Apple or Android) since they're the ones that took your money, it never made it to us.
