Finally got around to reading all 5 chapters just today. Here are some errors I caught:
- Replace-all fail D:
- Alignment should be shifted to the right to fit all the text in the box.
- Replace-all fail #2 D:
- Replace-all fail #3 D:
Man, so many replace-all fails. I'm glad that's never going to be a problem again.
@quof Oh boy, that sounds like a flag.
There's a "Maine" that's left at the meat butchering part in chapter 2.

Too many A's
Started reading. I kind of like how they explore early how much of a culture shock it'd be to find yourself in an older, more poverty stricken Western style setting if you were a regular modern Japanese citizen. Pooping into a tin you throw out the window, wearing shoes inside, no convenient library, and no fresh running water outside of a well.
Yeah, be curious to see how she realizes her dream here.
@terrence Yeah, I feel like lack of modern sanitation would be the worst part of isekai or time-traveling into that sort of setting.
Vol 1-1 of manga is being translated to French.
La Petite Faiseuse de Livres - The Small Book Maker
Hmm, pretty boring title.
@hiroto to be fair: most light novel titles sound pretty "boring" - or weird even for our standards.

Going by Amazon.fr
Volume 1 = 2020-01-31
Volume 2 = 2020-02-21
Which if true is amazing.
Meanwhile from their website it looks like they’re going with “Maïn” which is a tad annoying but I really can’t fault them for it. It’s the obvious choice given romanji, the name’s origin, and that unlike Anglophones the French actually now how to pronounce words with a diaeresis properly so no compromise is needed.
