Final part 3 episode:
The pacing seems weird. Too much recap at the start, too much time in Ferd and Boni discussion, the resolution of Brigitte/Damuel was very short and incompletely explained, bits with lower city damily much too short for the emotional impact they should have had.
I'd have had the reveal of the 2 year timeskip happen at the same time for Rozemyne and the viewer. And Ferd should have broken it to her much more gently. We also should have got R seeing Gil and others all grown up.
Good news is that they do seem to intend to keep animating. Can we please get at least five seasons for part 4? That would bring the pace down to about the same as part 2.
I may have more to say later, but it is sleep time for me now.

Yea I concur with @Libri-Liberorum on the pacing.
It's also quite strange that both Charlotte and Wilfried are at the same towns for spring prayer.
The last scenes are directly from Part 4, so I guess if the anime has a next season, we start directly in the Academy instead of having Myne do her frenetick learnning of Year 1 materials.Would have been nice to see the attendants grown up but oh well.
Time to wait for the next season's announcement. Like @Libri-Liberorum I hope they do a more moderate pacing next time.EDIT:
We had the announcement that yes, there's a new season in the works (time to be determined). -
The ending credits has Rozemyne in nightwear wandering around a forest with stone walls. I really expected her jureve dream to look like this, but it didn't (other than how she is dressed). So the ending credits seemingly has nothing to do with anything.
I had previously predicted that there would be an OVA episode or two to cover what happened during the Big Sleep. However, they pretty much covered everything in 15 second montages, so I no longer think this will be the case.
All the news I've seen about the new season announcement is using "Founder of the Royal Academy's So-Called Library Committee" as the part title. Given that translating this gave Quof quite a bit of trouble, I don't think we should assume that the anime translation will be the same.

Once you've made the questionable decision to cover C and W doing spring prayers in 15 seconds, this is a reasonable simplification.

I expect they will backtrack to start next series just after she awakes. Think of Rozemyne teleporting in the final scene as more of a teaser than a strict chronological sequence.

Somehow there was no emotional impact of Rozemyne being poisoned. The voice over for Rosemyne doesn't show the extent to which she is suffering under that potion. It was too breezy. I think it is a directorial choice seeing how the voice artist managed emotional scenes in the past.
The impact of her losing 2 years is also not coming across.. i guess mostly because it was a series of post it notes.
It is good that they chose to highlight that Ferdinand was coming back to check on her often from the harvest festival. I guess they wanted to pack as much content from the short stories as possible. So none of them have the necessary emotional impact. I am not sure if an anime only person will truly understand the struggles of those close to mybe in her absence.
