Might be nice if there was an infographic for J-NC.
-
It's kind of hard to recommend people to use J-NC considering the membership stuff. It'd be nice if there was a kind of infographic I could share as a single image which gets the point across on how the memberships work, and what they would get with them.
-
A table with a column for each tier and the a row for each attribute would do it. Could be supplemented with some infobubbles or bullet points for other pertinent information.
-
Can't you just like, explain it in 3 snetences? I mean, it's not that complicated to summarize JNC.
-
@Reyth It kind of is. You gotta explain how prepubs work, premium tokens, the different membership tiers. Don't forget digital releases and the partnership with Seven Seas.
-
I have zero creativity and graphic design skills, and I don't even have photoshop. So I used powerpoint and Paint. Net to make this infographic thingy. It would be nice if you guys could give me some feedback.
-
@Hakomari not bad at all tbh.

For a smaller graphic, you could always do a screenshot of the pricing table from the account upgrade screen: https://j-novel.club/upgrade

The table has useful info but is a bit hard to follow and compare, so could do with some more info and a better layout.

Been a while and I've used it a number of times. I've just noticed that the current version I'm using says Seven Seas is publishing "2" of J-NC's series. Would be more future proof if that was changed to "a number of our series" or something along those lines.

@aruseus493 Uh, just realised I had accidentally deleted the files so I had to edit picture itself. I suck at this stuff so I just tried removing the last sentence. Here is the link : https://imgur.com/a/DVed3

Wow this makes way more sense to me now. But my only question is, is there a difference between a credit and premium credit? And how many credits/premium credits does it take to purchase one light novel?
Edit
Just read the FAQ. There is only premium credit. -

1 credit = 1 novel, premium or normal
The difference is normal members pay $7 per credit, premium members get a free credit every month (bonus credit in first month) and any further credits are $6

@smashman42
Sweet thanks for clarifying! I hope Sam sees this and add it to the FAQ/how it works page as a clarifier.
