I haven't had any issues with reading the last page of a part.

I actually do use the app on my tablet, J-Novel is the main reason I bought it. The only time I use the website reader is on my desktop, when I should be working rather than catching up on the latest translation.

I don't think I've ever used the old website, but the current one seems to work fine for me.

I have noticed that the last few paragraphs of the current reader won't display correctly when in horizontal mode as opposed to vertical scrolling, but thats a bug issue that should be reported and fixed rather than throwing out the whole website. Though I prefer using the app over the website reader.

Best you can do at this point is suggest improvements for how to make the new reader work for you and if it's something simple they can do you might see it done in a reasonably short time.
