Who else is playing it? what are your thoughts? For a F2P gacha game, I'm enjoying it a lot so far. But I really like just exploring, talking to NPCs and reading flavor text. (which man, there is a lot of flavor text and lore to read! First day I got stuck in the library for a bit..)

I've been playing it.
I've really enjoyed the combat, it's quite different having to switch between all the characters to mix up the elementals. It creates lots of different combinations and it's fun to try and work out what works with what and against what.
For the most part, the exploration/puzzles have been quite good. The one part I haven't liked about this is that several puzzles have required me to keep switching the traveller between geo and ameno, and it's frustrating to have to keep doing this because it's not possible to do something any other way without them.
The story has been good, although not finished. It just stops abruptly at some point.
The part I hate most is the RNG gacha. The percentages are so low that you barely ever get anything useful, and the cost of the gems is ridiculous. I would love to get another ameno hero so I don't have to keep changing the traveller's affinity.
I'm also at the point where there isn't any story left, just grinding the domains and elites for materials, so the game isn't keeping my interest any longer.While I enjoyed it at the start, I'm at the point where I'm not enjoying so much anymore because I'm out of story content and what I have left to do is so much of a grind it's not enjoyable.

I've enjoyed it, but I'm about at the end of what's left to do. The gatcha is particularly bad compared to others I've played, as is the time gating resin system.

Yeah, makes sense. The resin system is pretty slow and the event is a let down. Theyve sent out a couple of surveys so far and I've provided feedback each time so hopefully they listen to the community and make improvements along the way.
As for story stuff, I'm not entirely caught up yet since I only have time to play it in chunks daily but I do find it helps spread things out a bit to go through the books and explore some of the stories with the NPCs.. some of them are pretty sad. Lol.

I've been enjoying it so far, wish I could get some more characters but I need to save up some gems so I can take advantage of the pity system. I'm going to feel sad when the game runs out of content and suddenly have no choice but to wait for the next update.

I just started playing it the other day on my PS4. It's pretty fun! Paimon is probably my favorite character to tease. >w> emergency food rations. hehe
