Author: Itsuki Mizuho
Illustrator: FuumiSynopsis (from MyAnimeList):
Shoot for the stars! I'm going to be the country's number one alchemist! When young girl Sarasa graduated from the Royal Alchemist Academy, her teacher gifted her a house for her to set up shop. Aiming to become a masterclass alchemist, she gathers materials herself, experiments and operates a business. In her very own atelier, Sarasa indulges in a slow and relaxed alchemist life!
Reason:
Stumbled across the anime, looked up the author, and realised it's the same author as To Another World... with Land Mines! So, of course, I had to watch a couple of episodes, just out of pure curiosity. Seems like a fun little show so far, a nice setup for CGDCT (Cute Girls Doing Cute Things), though with the added bonus of a humorously gory harvesting scene to spice things up, along with a strongly hinted side of yuri.As always, though, I'd prefer to read the novel, thus the suggestion. Also, I've been enjoying the author's other work quite a bit (which I don't think I'm alone in), so I figure it's a decent bet that I'll enjoy this one as well.

I'll throw in behind this one, too.
I'm a big fan of Atelier, and this seems like it's basically an Atelier game in novel form, both in its focus on nonsensically overpowered "alchemy" and its cuteness.
Same author as Land Mines! is also promising.

Right; that's why I just started checking out the anime, it was mentioned in the latest afterward.
It being the same author is enough to get me interested, to be honest.

Almost a year after the anime and this series still has no English publisher. :( Though that does mean it's still available for JNC, so that's something.
It's gotten a 7th volume since this post was made, as well as a third manga volume.
I think this cute-focused fantasy story will appeal well to anyone enjoying Making Magic: The Sweet Life of a Witch Who Knows an Infinite MP Loophole and Taking My Reincarnation One Step at a Time: No One Told Me There Would Be Monsters!

Her legs aren’t broken, are they? Her feet look like they’re turned nearly 90° relative to her knees/thighs.

Just an artist with no understanding of biomechanics, apparently.
My opinion on this particular story is... mixed.
It starts off quite strong, but even by the second volume, it starts losing a lot of what makes it interesting, and just becomes very repetitive. -
