Chillin in Another World

Trying to get this Light Novel on B&N, Volume 1,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 is available for preorder, but Volume 2 is missing from the list. The B&N link on the light novel page just gives me an error saying sorry we couldn't find it. I contacted Customer Service and they said that volume wasn't available from the publisher. This is the first series I've ever seen like this before where a middle volume is unavailable.
