What does the right-arrow symbol mean?

I notice in the prepub discussion forum Magic Stone Gourmet Vol. 9 Discussion! has a white right-arrow in a black circle to the left of the topic title.
What does it mean?
Do staff really really like their magic stones? Is the title being successful a critical task assigned by the Kodakawa overlords? Is Ryou Yuuki a genius hacker who has taken control of the forums?
