[sugestion] implement Filter [Only Manga / LN] in following series

The search I did didn’t give any results.

My point is.
By using the mobile \ tablet "App" (like with the web browser, on PC), to separete the series we are following on the "RELEASES" section with a filter that can be set to display ONLY [ Light novels ], or [ Manga ].

The only filters that are now active on the App are on the [ Series ] section, for [ Only follow ] \ [Catchup] or everything. and on "Releases" for [ Following (star ⭐️) ] or everything (unstarred) ...
