Yep, NDAs can be all sorts of fun. People break them all the time, but... When a company breaks it or people in certain lines of work break them.... There are consequences.
Companies tend to lose out on publishing deals (publishers might outright refuse to deal with the company after breaking an NDA) on top of having to pay monetary for breaking the NDA.
People tend to not have the monetary issue nearly as often (it could happen), but in certain lines of work, you basically will never get work again because you've lost the trust in you.
Winning isn't really that fun if you want a challenge... Making others win, on the other hand...

@sinnoaria Yup never thought about the NDA just was hoping there were some rumors or such as I am very interested in this series.

So what dose every one think of the manga so far I love the story with the MC is a bit older being in his early 20s who loves being in a fantasy world and actually responds to the girls in his harem
Plus all the side characters have great backgrounds and fully developed personality’s
I really want to see this be brought over so plese up vote it :)

Still hoping this gets picked up there on vol 8 in Japan. This and piggy duke are the two series I desperately want to see picked up

I have edited you post a bit, the Cover image and the color insert I left are freely made available on Over-lap's website the other color inserts were not made freely available by the publisher.

@rahul-balaggan All color inserts are usually available in the previews (like Kobo or bookwalker). I think it's safe to post those, too(?). I mean, one could simply link the preview and it would be the same.

@terabyte Linking the previews is fine, and some companies like Over-lap make at least 1 color insert publicly available on their website.
However to embed pictures that are available only in the official e-book you would have to take a screen shot and then post it on a sharing site, which then crosses a line.

Also the license owners; as we've heard, the main reason Knight's & Magic hasn't gotten licensed yet is because they've been asking for an unreasonable amount of money.

It is much more complicated then anyone who isn’t directly involved in licensing a series can go into.
But to keep it short, if the series looks like it can sell (from the eyes of the ones making the decision not us) they will probably consider licensing it, assuming they have access to the publisher. Once again it is so so so much more consoled then that I am simply giving the short answer.
And this definitely will not make you happy but I highly doubt that the number of votes a series has in these licensing suggestions will make any great impact on whether or not JNC (or any publisher for that matter) will go after any particular series.
At the end of the day all these suggestions do is provide a very very slight bump to help license a series but that they already had their eyes on.
