I use Shadow instead. It's like Google Stadia, except it's a literal Windows 10 Gaming PC in the cloud. Much better, and I don't have to rebuy games for it or risk losing my games if the service ever shuts down.

I also use it to watch anime on my phone because of the ability to use the desktop web browser with proper ad blocking. It also bypasses the throttling of video content done by mobile internet companies when I'm on 4G (I set the bandwidth to 3mbps with H265 Encoder enabled).
