App Viewing on Tablets with Navigation Bars

So I like reading from my Nexus 7 tablet. It has a digital navigation bar rather than buttons, so it takes up a bit of the screen. Now whenever I use google books and moonreader+, it automatically hides this bar which is very much appreciated (it can be accessed again by tapping the screen). I'd just like to suggest adding this to the jnovel club app when reading prepubs.

Would this be difficult to implement into the new app version? I don't know anything about programming yet, but it doesn't seem too difficult looking at this. (please correct me if I'm wrong). I guess the main problem is that this is too small an issue for a very small minority of readers to be worth the effort.
