Synopsis: Keima loves sleep more than anything in the world. So when he's accidentally summoned by sentient dungeon core Rokuko (who has the shape of a little girl) and designated its dungeon master, the first thing he does with his newfound power is... summon a pillow and take a nap. Rokuko finally convinces Keima to help her and finds out he's actually quite clever and capable... except all of his smarts are used to minimize how much time he actually has to spend managing the dungeon and maximize the time he gets to sleep!
My spiel: Have you ever thought about how much harder video games would be if dungeons were impossible, or if enemies always knew exactly how to make your weapons or abilities useless? Keima puts that on full display in this story, effectively wielding the stick and carrot to protect the dungeon and its core while still attracting adventurers and other monsters to enrich and grow the dungeon.
It's pretty fun to see classic adventure tropes turned on their heads as Keima uses them to slaughter people by building up expectations and betraying them in spectacularly. He also gets into "dungeon battles" with other dungeon cores where they compete to defeat each other's final bosses, and you get to see lots of neat references to various types of classic video game dungeons, stages, bosses, and monsters.
The story itself is great too, where Keima has to juggle interacting with people and attracting them to his dungeon while simultaneously making sure they don't find out he's the master and keeping it "harmless" enough to avoid the interest of anyone truly strong or dangerous. As he meets more people and gains more Dungeon Points, his dungeon gets more and more elaborate, as do his "real-world" schemes, which lead to some interesting developments.
Also, he has a foot fetish.
Random fan TL excerpt:
“Aren’t goblins your favorite?”
Isn’t she always yelling ‘send a goblin, send a goblin!’?
That’s why I thought Rokuko liked goblins, and wanted to be surrounded and served by goblins.
“… No, I don’t have any feelings like that.”
“I don’t mind. To each their own. You are unrelated to your goblin fetish, partner.”
“No, what do you mean!? What’s with that ‘I understand’ face!?”
“By the way, I’m not a lolicon. I have a foot fetish. My evaluation of Rokuko’s feet is good.”
“No no no! Really, what do you mean!? Moreover, you’re looking down on me!”
Good spiel on this. Definitely sold this series for me. I always wanted it cause of the cute nice covers. But the description really makes me want to read it right now. License this Sam! Otherwise I'll go bug that old Sol Press Google Doc for requesting stuff.
I really want some Dungeon Master type of LN to come over (and I can only think of R-18 LN in that aspect) so you got my vote
Seems like we will get gruesome deaths which I’m down with since there has to be traps that gruesomely kill adventurerers.

This looks like a lot of fun and you sold it well!
This sounds like it'd be a laugh, and with only a volume of that Genius one left some more hilarity for the JNC catalogue would be good.
Hooray, the first winner from the suggestion forum! (Probably was already in the works when this area came into being anyway, but a win's a win ;)
@Rahul-Balaggan Lock please!
I meant a win for the series, but sure, you beat me, I guess. O_o
Banzai! Hyped. What're the premium bonuses going to be?
But if we're going with "most number of recommendations officially picked up" currently myskaros is winning
Wow, so the original title is really a mouthful. I’m glad the simple English title is official.
@legitpancake It works decently to sum up the series. Not all our series need stupid long titles.
