Yeah, I also really liked the setting. It's interesting to see that players can even build their own nation if they want to. And the art is really beautiful, especially the cover illustrations. I really hope they will consider this for licensing. -
Kind of strange situation when a male transforms into a female.
As someone who tries to sympathize with the characters I read about and compare their actions with what I would have done, Can't for the life of me sympathize or imagine myself happy suddenly switching from hairy legged male to tight petite loli and being merry. -
@vadim
I'm absolutely fine with female protagonists, but I definitely share your sentiment about a gender-bent one. -

Read the fan translation of the first book. It's a surprisingly solid book for the start of the story. And from what I heard Mira's second class was some sorta Kung master. So imagine a gandalf clone that was instead summoner that knew Kung Fu. Still so far this and sword dad are the only stories I've followed that haven't gotten a license. It's been running for quite awhile too.
On a semi off topic note the artist(fuzichoco) does allot of art for both Nintendo's Fire emblem tcg and Sakura's(and Nekosakura) among a few others character art in Fire emblem heroes.

Recently re-read all the fan-scanlated chapters of the manga adaptation. Really want this licensed still.

I'v also read the Vol. 1 and would love to be able to read the rest.
-
I would dearly love to see this brought over!
-
Definitely worth an up-vote, while I know next to nothing about the series it's been on my manga to read list forever. It'd be cool if it was licensed.
-
It can be interesting, more than the blurb the other comment make it appealing, I just have a question for those who have read it, how is the gender bender thing treated ? Is it like in "So I'm a spider were" were it deeply influence the character or just a way to have both a loli MC and yuri ?

bump. Interested in this one

I've read the 1st volume that was translated by someone like 3 years ago, but beyond that I don't know how the series goes. However, from what I did glean from the series in comparison to the manga that is currently running as well it has a ton more information. Not like with most series where it leaves out some details to make it more digestible in a single chapter read, the manga literally leaves out scenes that give context to how a follow scene is occuring so its like you are watching a slide show summary of the series lol. Would definitely appreciate a official translation.

They should start translating this light novel. There are already 10 volumes released in Japan. That means it is popular. I hope there is an anime.

You should start requesting it on Seven Seas' survey, since they just picked up TSKD meaning they now have a relationship with Micro Magazine.

It’s an amazing series, and I would love to see an English release (though especially print) and an anime.

The publisher recently did an overhaul/update to their "special site" for the series so I think an anime announcement might be incoming. They also released a commercial for the LN last month. Seems like Micro Magazine is really pushing the series hard lately.

@Aruseus493 Hope this one gets picked up by someone for English localization at that time too. However, I don't think J-Novel has gotten any micro-mag titles yet. If I remember correctly they were turned down for Sword-Dad because it was digital only to start out and Micromagazine wasn't interested in digital only. Same here would likely happen since from what we know it would have to sell well to guarantee a printed version :(
