(If there's literally no Yuri in an All-girls school setting in Stratos, I'll actually find that a bit curious; you'd think there'd be one or two Lesbians in the school; the old-school metaphors and mysogynistic chivalry of the hero make me think it's going to be too masculine to feature Yuri though).
There probably is the MC is just not going to notice. My bet is the crazy inventor is crushing on Chiyafu.
