Synopsis (From Novel Updates):
Mukouda Tsuyoshi, summoned from modern Japan to a different world of sword and magic. He thought of what kind of a huge adventure was waiting for him, but actually, Mukouda is just a civilian who got caught in a 『Hero Summoning』!! And that Mukouda’s base status shabby compared to the legitimate heroes(There’s even three of them!)... On top of that, the king who summoned Mukouda and the rest were suspicious, and Mukouda left the castle by himself realizing 「Ah, this is the type that heroes would only be used」. The only thing that Mukouda could rely on in this world is his unique skill 『Net Supermarket』――it can only order goods from modern Japan to the different world. “It is not for combat, but if I use it properly, I might have no trouble living?”, Mukouda thought lightly, but actually――he found out that the modern「food」that he ordered would display ridiculous effects! On top of that, ridiculous guys who were attracted by a different world’s food gathers...?!!Why:
I stumbled upon the manga quite a while ago, and after checking our the fan-translated chapters I found it interesting. Taking a look at the WN fan translation I also confirmed it is interesting. The story starts with the usual guy summoned by mistake together with 3 proper heroes. Upon meeting the king our MC realizes he is just spewing crap and he should not be trusted, he asks for some money and leaves the castle with an excuse. His Hero Skill is something called Food Menu which basically allows him to order (instantly - delivered with carton boxes) any kind of ingredients from his previous world. He starts traveling around to visit the new world but he discovers that the King closed the borders of the country to not allow people to flee because of the coming war. He puts in a request with the adventurers' guild for an escort mission to pass the border going through a forest, and while traveling with the party a legendary beast, a Fenrir, is attracted by the smell of his cooking. After tasting said cooking he forces the MC to form a contract with him in order to be fed. And that's only the start...
P.S.: I almost forgot, by eating the ingredients that he buys from his Food Menu the stats of the one eating are raised. There's a scene in the manga where the Fenrir has eaten a ton and all his stats go up by 50% lol
Did I get you wanting to read the rest of it? If so add an upvote ;-P

I forgot one main detail, I just added it to the first post. I'll post it here too with the image visible rather than just linked:

I need this. An anime will come for this for sure.

This series is great, I'm surprised it hasn't been picked up by anyone yet. I think Seven Seas might snatch this one up if you guys don't hurry.
It's a very feel good comfy kind of series. Great food, great fantasy, great interaction between the main characters and just a cute simplistic adventure.

Got my Vote. I love slice of life genres like this

Volume 6 is coming out 25 January 2019: http://blog.over-lap.co.jp/shoei1901/

I'm surprised no one is jumping on this considering it is 100% going to be getting an anime sooner or later. The manga is also great.

A lot of series get animes. While it is still a happy event for authors, I think 'it is getting an anime' isn't really that convincing these days for me.
To me, I am most likely to vote when I see some serious passion for the series.

@sinnoaria Vote for whatever you want or like. Or if you think it looks promising. The thing is, when it will get an anime, don't be surprised if someone else will snatch it. I love the illustrators in both the novels and the manga and the story is an incredibly fun and comfy experience to me, the relationship and the chemistry between the two characters and their interactions really made me fall in love with this series. The more basic fantasy setting is something that makes the entire experience even more wholesome to me, because I do love a more "classic" style fantasy adventure. I have a huge love for series where the characters are constantly on the road and slowly travel from point A to point B for whatever reason. The things that made me love the series might not mean much to other people, it very much comes down to personal tastes and preference.

@kino Personally, I don't care who gets what as long as they do a good job at it. JNC is convenient and fast and doesn't seem to like dropping projects, but they aren't the only publisher.
Like I said, if you want to see this published by a specific publisher, getting others to jump on it is helpful. Appealing to people is a good way to do that. Granted, getting enough supporters to make a publisher go: 'Yep, we are definitely grabbing this' is probably not going to happen, but raising support for a series so a publisher that might see the thread would go, "Oh, it looks like these people not only really want this, but will probably actually buy it" will give them a reason to consider it beyond just metrics.
