An error on Amazon that I found
-
Sorry I'm posting this to your forum, i was originally going to contact you via e-mail but for whatever reason I couldn't get your support e-mail to work so I'll just post it here.
I was browsing amazon and I saw that volume 14 of Rokujouma had been published but I noticed and odd error on the page, it essentially said that this is book 16 of a 14 book series here is the link if you don't believe me
I realize this error was probably cause by some volumes being labled as .5 but this should still be fixed.
And sorry but while I was working on this post I actually found another error, first check this link
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F1DPY7Q?ref=series_rw_dp_labf
This link lists the Rokugouma novels on amazon but it is missing volumes vol 7.5 and 8.5.
Anyway this is just something I happened to notice and I thought I'd point it you guys.

Yea, Amazon messes things all the time. Right now, a couple volumes of Smartphone have the same reviews, or how the newest volume in a series hasn’t been added to the list on a series page on Amazon.
This isn’t J-Novel’s fault, it’s Amazon’s. As for the 0.5 Rokujouma volumes, Sam has said before that he has talked to Amazon multiple times to fix them, but they just flat out told him they are impossible to fix unless he “changes their title numbers.”
Frankly, it doesn’t really matter that Amazon messes these things up all the time. They’re not even the official store to buy them. They’re in perfect order on J-Novel’s page, which includes links to Amazon if you don’t want the premium epubs, so that’s really all that matters. -
@legitpancake My favourite mess up is when you buy a book yet for some reason prompts you to buy it again when on the kindle page instead of stating that it is in your library.

@eternal-wanderer I've been complaining to amazon about that for literally a year.
They refuse to list 7.5 and 8.5 correctly in the series, because KDP rules says volume numbers MUST be whole integers.
So then their algorithms screw everything up and no matter how many times I complain they keep reverting.

I discovered that this had happened to me recently with regards to Apothecary Diary Volume 1, I could see on my app that I owned Volumes 2 - 4, and I could see Volume 1 listed as a separate series, but they must have recreated the listing under a different identification number since the URL to the Volume 1 they wanted me to buy and the Volume 1 that I had bought were different, not to mention the URL to the Volume I had bought took me to an error page so the original probably was no longer available.
I solved this by contacting customer support, after explaining the problem they canceled and refunded my order for the original book so I could repurchase it. Still annoying, but the customer service associate said he'd send the feedback about the experience back to the team.
