Description:
A young girl who loves playing otoge got killed by a stalker. By a stroke of misfortune, she got reincarnated into a high fantasy thriller otogen that she has yet finished as Erica the villainess. With a new identity the girl, the girl adventures through the vast fantasy land, uncovers intrigues, and thwarts her supposed murder case. Why:
The isekai is just a bait for a more invested fantasy world. The detail of the world (ancient lore, factions etc.) is rich, especially in the magic as well as many different ways to manifest it. The heroine is not all-knowing, a little dead inside, not too bright but not very retard also. However, she is a walking death flags. If you like "My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending" very likely you will like this. On the other hand, as the story main focuses are the intrigues, mystery and uncovering the truth behind various incidents (murder case, brainwashing etc.), it has various twist and turn. You will feel at home if you like "I Reincarnated as a Noble Girl Villainess But Why Did It Turn Out This Way?". Finally, although the overall tone is grim, the story has various fluff and lighthearted moment due to the characters interaction, especially pets and familiars. -
Spotlight time! A friendly bump to an older post that hasn't had any recent conversation and is lower on votes in order to draw attention to it.

Just letting my support of this title be known.
I will point out that the Light Novel is liable to go on random hiatuses, due to the author's apparent habit of meticulously planning her stories in detail. Also, she just seems to be focusing more on the WN over the LN, so…
Regardless, I'd love to see this get more attention. You can think of it as something like isekai Harry Potter mixed with Batman, I guess? Actually, the LN volume titles do kinda follow the Harry Potter format, so far:- Erica Aurelia and the Ruins of Visitor
- Erica Aurelia and the Burial Chamber of Angels
