I would love to have the ability to be able to rotate the app to landscape mode so that we would not have to be limited to reading in portrait mode. As someone who has always read in landscape mode it's one of the main reasons I hardly use the app unless there is a book I really want to read that is currently being translated and I feel that I would be able to use this app a lot more if I could only rotate it to landscape mode for reading.

I'm going to go ahead and second this recommendation. I've only just started using the app (less than an hour ago) and found that the inability to read in landscape mode or re-size the page were flaws which were immediately noticed. I like being able to read from portable devices, but these features really could make it a bit more user-friendly.

I'll also add that I'd like to see something of a brief user guide, or section added to the site FAQ regarding how to navigate the app. It may sound a bit ignorant on my part, but it took me several minutes to figure out how to navigate back to the parts list after completing the first part on the app (drag from the left side of the screen). Something as simple as a few bullet points on the FAQ list could have saved that frustration.

That tip about returning to the parts list will be amazing if they implement landscape mode and I can get into this app. I’ve always just tapped the top of the page and pressed exit to get back to the parts list.

I definitely would like this feature if it allowed reading 2 pages on one screen on the iPad, similar to how the Kindle app works. That’s how I read on the iPad usually as it allows a better font size and line length for reading, plus the keyboard cover only works as a stand in landscape. I do have a separate stand, but it’s much easier to use the one that’s always attached to my iPad.

Just so if anyone comes here before/after it's added to the official IOS app, the beta app they released yesterday allows for landscape mode in either rotation but only portrait mode with the home button on the bottom. You can sign up for the beta free and easily from this forum post here. You just have to download the TestFlight app then follow the link in that post to sign up for the beta.
