Last place read feature.

For premium members you could have a last place read feature so we can keep up to date with various novels we are reading simultaneously. Or a tracker to let us know which parts have been read.

I second this.
the reader itself able to remember my latest position. it help a lot, really when I tend to jump from app-web-app...but what actual part or actual volume that I was last read available only in my browser history and it took effort to remember.
some kind of bookmark maybe and list of what I am following. so when even if the pre-pub/parts has expired and I come back after two or three month break I can always check my bookmark/read history and continue with the published book.
its easy if what I have been reading is the published book because I can always use my reader apps and/or actually bookmark to mark them.

Huh? this is already in place
log in (or use the app)
go to titles (select one) there will be a blue status bar along the bottom of the thumbnail of the cover image of each part. either "new" or "preview" for newest/unread, blank if old unread or a blue bar that fills in with amount red (full when finished, partially full if you stopped partway)or did you want bookmarks on your landing page?

+1.
I have a related problem, tho it is when binge-reading series chapters in the app.
When reading several unread chapters, the blue bar @Jon-Mitchell refers to does not update when exiting the chapter. I have to exit the entire series list and then re-enter to force-update the display of the blue bars. This extra delay is long, and interrupts the reading flow of several chapters in a row.
- Something helpful (for me) would be to display in the exit menu the chapter#/book# I am currently reading. Then when I exit I know exactly which next chapter to go to even if the blue bar is not yet updated.
... I normally only use the app, so this may not fully solve problems @shyevsa or @Bair have across multiple web/devices.

Displaying part title is nice but your case sounds like a job for "next part" button.

@_08 There is no next part button in the app, unless I'm missing something.

Keeping track should be easier for all members, not just premium members. It should be considered as key functionality and given high priority.

@jon-mitchell Is there such a thing? never notice it. probably because I am more web user then app user. and its not exits in the web page.
