@matttheotaku I don't know what to tell you. When I preview the file that is currently uploaded, I see the updated images.

@matttheotaku I downloaded my copy from amazon on the 12th. It looks just fine with the correct descriptions for each image. If you redownload the book, what version does it say - assuming the updated version has a different number.

@myskaros On Amazon? I have the readers open right now, and there are no updates avaliable... Can you check on the kindle cloud reader?

@matttheotaku Can you please be more specific when you say "the images are wrong"? For example, "it says X but it should instead be Y". Like, you've been frustratingly vague this entire thread and I've looked at the images, the translations, and how they can be fixed dozens of times and really don't know what you want.

In the last few pictures of the volume, there are two mecha diagrams. The diagrams text that should be on one diagram are on the other. Basically, the Large mecha with the gatling gun on its shoulder is called Grimgerde, but you will see that all text on that diagram refers to the mecha (Helmwige) that should be in the other diagram. The opposite is true as well. What I am asking for is that the images of the mecha themselves (Without the text) be swapped.
The pictures below are those present in the Japanese versions, with the correct mecha in the correct places.

I cannot currently send you the images in the current English versions, but they should be the on the last pages before the newsletter sign up link. You will notice that the illustrations for one should be where the other is.Sorry for being so vague until now!

@myskaros That is correct. How odd. Guess it's just my amazon account then. Do you have any idea how I can update my version so it looks like that? Because when I go on Amazon it's not showing any updates...
Edit: That might be because you need to contact amazon if you want people who already bought the book to get the updates. If you do contact them that'll be nice, but if not, I'll probably just get the new version instead.

We currently do not update the version number as we don't have a good way of tracking changes, plus the vast majority of changes are just "fixed typos, fixed errors" and nothing major enough to be considered a new "version."
@MattTheOtaku I don't use Kindle, so I can only give generic suggestions like try completely removing the book from your device, log out, log back in, then try downloading it again. Maybe you're not actually "downloading" a new ebook but it's just retrieving a cached version of the file from your device. I know I had trouble getting new versions of premium e-books when I try to download them directly on my phone for this reason, but if I download from my PC then I get updates fine.
You might also want to contact Amazon's support, since it might be a common problem with a common solution.

@myskaros I was imagining there is something like the github system in the background. Back then I worked with crowdin, though you probably work with something else... in doubt - if you need tracking - you can still make a (hidden) forum section for editors/translators to add posts per changes...
@MattTheOtaku you can also double check with the cloud version in doubt. That is the fastest way to check if the cache is messed up.
