Site-wide dark mode

Some of us prefer reading with a darker background, would it be possible to suggest adding a feature to turn down the lights for the entire website?

Personally, I'm using user CSS extension to invert the website, in lieu of a dark more.

The CSS I use is:

    :root {
      filter: invert();
      background-color: black;
    }
    img, canvas {
      filter: invert();
    }

Gives kinda a Halloween look (with all the blue turning orange), while keeping illustrations and manga the right color.

A proper dark mode would be nice tho.

this would be nice. Normally when I read on my phone I always have it in dark mode, and I would like to be able to do the same on my laptop. Straight inversion is less than ideal because of pictures.

mine is sealed in my left arm - so the world is safe as long as I have the strength to contain the swirling chaos contained therein... or until I matriculate to 9th grade...
