I think the User page needs an "Account History" page. I'm not sure if you're already tracking the data in the background and just don't show it, but basically a history going back at least 12 months, showing:

      • When you bought credits, how many and for how much
      • When a free premium credit was applied to your account
      • When you were charged for your subscription
      • When you bought a book with a credit

In addition, the ability to export your history as a CSV, so that we can keep archives of our own data.

Is there an option to mark a series as read or keeping track of progress? I looked and it seems to only mark if you've bought the book or not. That doesn't seem very helpful as we could have bought the book elsewhere or we could have just read the pre-pub but didn't feel interested in buying the full volume later. We need a way to mark specific pre-pub parts as read. This is by far the biggest missing feature from the old site that I presumed would be added by the new site, otherwise there's not much point in the rewrite.

Hello, I have been trying to use the

          https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/<USER ID>.<rss|atom|json>

          with
          https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/manusdei.rss
          https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/ManusDei.rss
          https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/@ManusDei.rss
          https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/@manusdei.rss

to use my "own" rss feed. It doesn't work, what did I do wrong and how to I get my id ?

Adding on the todo list a way to access prepub on kindle or another e-ink reader would be great :)

Still, the beta website is much more user friendly than the original one, great work there

@ManusDei Your user ID is a random hex character string, which you can find using your browser's developer tools:
            2787fda7-ade2-4910-b2e9-2a65bbb10e59-image.png

You can also find it in the new app beta, in your profile, under "Debug Info". If you still cannot find it, send us an email and we can give it to you.

I just looked at this beta for the first time and I looked around. I think it is much better than the current website so far (but I didn't try to read any parts on it so I don't know if I like that more or not.)

One suggestion for possible filters on your titles page. I would like a filter that allows me to see what series has books I haven't bought the premium version of yet. This filter will be nice for those who own a lot of your series.

I don't think this has been reported yet.

It seems timezone of the browser is not being detected. Currently Bookworm is listed for release on Tuesday in the calendar. I assume that is according to its UTC release time and not my EDT (Mon 7pm) release time.

@chocolatkey The beta site has a new page for purchasing credits that I hadn't noticed before, but it isn't showing the cyber monday deal. Maybe consider re-enabling the redirect to the old site for the duration of the sale.

@Nosgoroth If you use the beta site to buy credits, it will be at the sale price. Just tried it with 1 credit. I've noticed this before, when the beta site showed premium members as regular, it would say $7/credit on the site, but you would only be charged $6 in the end. No one needs to trust me though...just use the old site for now.

Either way the price text probably needs to get set as a variable or something instead of the fixed values.

Not a big deal but these may need to be deleted.

In the old site the time in the Release Page and the side bar is based from the local time.

                            alt text

But in the Beta Site the calendar is based from the Server Time.

                            alt text

I don't know if this is meant to be like this or not but it would be good if it would still use the local time so users won't need to compute for the time of release.

                              Is downloading epubs in the beta website supported yet? All I get is an error message {"error":{"name":"TypeError","status":500,"message":"Cannot read property 'userId' of null"}}

It's supported already. I've tried downlading in the Beta Site before and it worked.

Does the .json feed not work? I'm able to visit */feed/user/<user-uuid>.rss but <user-uuid>.json brings up a blank page with a "418 error (I'm a teapot)" (error reported per DEV tools)

@wolfpack I just checked, and I am able to use https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.json just fine. 418 would mean does not match the route, which is /user/{id:[0-9a-f]{24}}.json

I like the beta version of the site. I just have two minor problems with the calendar, I'm sorry if it was already here. But whenever I go to the calendar, there are four days missing, today is the tenth of December, but I don't see it until the fourteenth of December. And then if I select the option "Followed Titles Only " it will not show me all that I follow (I follow the ones underlined in red) but only some. I also tried to remove some titles from the following and add them again, but that didn't help. alt text And it wouldn't be bad to be able to go from the library directly to the main page of the series. I often find myself trying to click on the rectangle with the words "Novel" or "Manga" next to + with the hope that it will redirect me to the main page of the series. alt text

I think it would be good to have a "last updated %Date% " beside each volume you own in your library. so you know if you have updated to the latest version of the book it is the one thing i have a hard time keeping track of for sure.

I'd love to see a status entry at the top of a series page (i.e. "volume x in prepub", "waiting on next volume", "on hiatus (see forum)", etc.) as there've been a few titles recently where I never even knew the series was on hold because of health issues.
