Quality and Qwantity

Lets start with positive, i joined for bookworm and it is posted regularly and now the content is even more, i think a book was 10 parts and now 8 😍
A lot of long lasting novels where i am 8 to 16 books behind. Little chance i start to read these but good they there.
But on the new stuff, or should i say old new releases it worries me like Perry, slayers, john, etc. I start to get worried...
When i started to read i had every day atleast 2 books to read. Now i can be happy with 5 or 6 in a week...
Is quality and qwantity dropping or messed up or is this just a slow period?

@laiyna I think it's more a case of a lot of books happened to have all finished over the last few weeks, I anticipate more new volumes appearing over the next few as there are usually a few weeks wait between volumes. Bookmark and qQuof are abberation machines that know no rest so are an exception

I was a bit confused on what exactly was being asked so I refrained from commenting, if this is about (as @ShipTeaser mentioned) volumes ending and what new volumes have recently started up as prepubs, it is as Ship says, there is a break between volume starts, and Bookworm is the exception.

I am worried about how little i now can read in the last few weeks and what is new is in my oppinion very dated and not intresting.
As long as bookworm stays i prob will be a happy camper, but its disapointing that in january and february i had loads to read and now little is left of intresting titles.

So you're asking about new licenses? I believe J-Novel Club is registered to have a panel at https://www.anime-expo.org this year, which is the July 4th weekend, and there is a 99% chance of new license announcements then.

You're trying to frame "not catering to my specific taste" as a quality problem and that's not how it works. (There's definitely no problem with quantity, JNC currently runs like 30 titles a week and that'll spike higher once we hit the next licensing event.) I'm not sure what kind of stuff you're into, but licensing from a variety of genres is cool to me since it keeps me from getting bored. So no, I don't agree with what you're trying to say.

If you're just looking for announcements for completely new series, they are a lot of work to get off the ground, so we tend to only announce them a few times a year, usually around big anime conventions. We had a mini announcement in February, then one in April which is where those Pulp titles were announced.
I'm not sure what you mean by "i had every day atleast 2 books to read. Now i can be happy with 5 or 6 in a week..." but series are continuing to be translated and streamed on our site as usual. Unless you provide a complaint about specific series, it's hard to know what you want exactly.

You can check out the catch up titles.... they change monthly if I am not mistaken...

As a "somewhat" new user I have been loving this site.
But for some real feedback that is somewhat related to this it would be nice if there was a way to surface information about the state of different novels.
It is very easy to see the state of the english translation but hard to tell what the state of the original or japanese releases are.
So something like Ascendance of a Bookworm (also my reason for joining):

Thank you for the feedback, however I do suggest making your own topic requesting these features, alternatively you could post them in the new website feedback topic, that will allow the people who can act on the suggestion see them, as this particular topic is not the place for such feedback.
For what it is worth some of your requested features were implemented once upon a time, however do you several internal reason they were removed. (Such as the state of volumes released in Japan for J-Novel Club licensed series.)
I am going to cut myself off there as it would be taking the topic, off-topic.

I'm trying to wrap my head around what the original topic even is here. From what I can tell discern, the poster is saying the quantity of (newer) quality titles in rotation recently isn't to his/her taste? (specifically the German translated 'Pulp' titles are too different to be good?) and other titles aren't at the beginning/on catch up to bother reading them?
ok - take a look at the tags on Bookworm, see what other titles have similar tags and spend credits on those to catch up. You'll likely appreciate a few, try one or two at fist before blowing all your credits at once. Pace yourself and read a few only a few chapters a week to fill in where ending series used to be in the rotation --there is plenty in the back-catalog and current releases to get to 10.
what's that? you're not a premium member and don't have any credits? that's ok, buy a title or three on Bookwalker or platform of your choice and do as I suggested above... pretty soon you'll be caught up with something you like
that's not the problem? you want more titles like Bookworm? (so do we all) - if that's the case - SAY THAT. What do you like about Bookworm? maybe other members of the forum can suggest something that meets your tastes better than Slayers or Pulp titles do (I agree they are very different than Bookworm)
You have some other concern? if you do, what is it?

I've actually found it harder to keep up lately because there's been so much posted that I was actually interested in the last couple months. So I can't see how the quantity has gone down...
