Is it safe to play Tomoyo After right after finishing Tomoyo route in Clannad?

I kind of want to record some Clannad to motivate me to get back into and finish that off my backlog.
So I'd like to start by playing through Tomoyo route, then jumping directly into Tomoyo After, and then going back to finish additional routes in Clannad afterwards. Any problems I'll encounter doing so? Does Tomoyo After have spoilers for other parts of Clannad?
