Fist season was really good, but this second season has been pretty bad. Vikings showing up was really the last straw. I thought this series was trying for an element of realism but now it's become a dark comedy, and not funny in a good way. I think they ran out of interesting material, and just started throwing stuff at the wall and went with what stuck. Very disappointed.

Still watching but now Egyptians and Babylonians fighting? This is NOT Earth! Must be one of those worm hole things where people from different time periods coexist or something, and there is an afterlife in this world... maybe?
