Update needed on some web pages

When looking at the current "How it Works" page, I noticed that there are some old references running around. In particular, there's mention of "Right Stuf Anime" as one of the book distribution points; this should be updated to point to Crunchyroll now.
Perhaps it's time to have someone wander through all the older pages, to make sure the references are current?
