Stuck in a Time Loop v2 manga chapter not quite posted?

Today’s releases in the iOS app include Stuck in a Time Loop (manga) v2 chapter 3. There has yet to be posted either chapter 1 or 2, or even an actual announcement of a second volume if the website series listing page is correct. That would explain why the new chapter doesn’t even attempt to load. :)
