Is it an already known issue that followed series don't show up properly in the calendar tab? Many volumes are not highlighted as followed even though I follow the series.

I am unable to mark any manga as read that was published between October 11 and October 17. Anything newer and anything older works fine though.

I want to echo this question to show that you aren't alone in your thoughts. Paying customers were unable to access the service which they paid for either in whole or in part for 2 weeks. While the downtime issues are understandable, it is not unreasonable for us to expect compensation. Quite frankly, the fact that JNC hasn't offered this compensation on their own is baffling to me. These are issues that were caused by JNC, and while I will not assign any blame, it is their responsibility as service providers to address the needs of their customers.

Many manga chapters aren’t getting progress indicators, it some are. Yesterday’s Bookworm chapter turned green for me after reading it. I’ll Never Set Foot v6c1, Wild Last Boss v4c1 and Emperor’s Lady-in-Waiting v5c1 did the same. Hmm… Those were all first chapters for their books. /scrolls down the app some more… Ah, yes. Frontier Lord v6c5 also got marked green on the iOS app.
Those aside, many chapters haven’t seen any blue or green bars.

Heyo, there's an issue with Volume 1, Part 4 of "Full Clearing Another World under a Goddess with Zero Believers".
When going to the part, it will allow you to rent it, then auto skip to the end screen with back/next.

Any update on progress tracking with Manga. Light novels appear to be working, but no Manga I read updates / tracks progress. Reinstalling / relogging in does not resolve.

@everygamer If you are talking about the website, the issue should be resolved. Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues, and whether it's on the app or website

@chocolatkey via the app on Android. Doesn't track progress on any Manga that i read. Uninstall and reinstalled app, logged out and in again. Light novels progress is tracking fine now, but Manga has been broken since the maintnenance. Also cleared app cache and cleared app storage.

@everygamer I re-checked, and there is a bug with manga reading completion in the mobile app. We'll work on an update for this

I still not getting recover the "reading status" on some of the MANGAs' titles:
Butareba; Vol 4 - chaps 3, 4, & 5.
The invincible little Lady; Vol. 5 - chaps 4, 5, & 6.
Now I'm a demon Lord! happily ever after with monster girls... Volume 8, Chaps; 5, 6 & 7.
My daugther left the nest ... Chaps 29 & 30 (volume 6)Look like anything from October up to now does not have been restored!
I 'v read all yesterdays (sunday 3rt Nov.) but still none have keep as "read". yet

Manga only. This still happens on occasion - in the middle of the part, a page does not load on Chrome. It loads normally on the App.

Still differs against before: The "final chapter" info is missing. I do not can read which books are now finished.
It is also hard in the app to find the ones with are updated because it is not possible in a way that the last updated mangas will be shown ordered (like newest on top) -
@Ekun On different books and chapters me too. Also looks like my old read status is gone.

For me, on the website, read progress is still at least partly broken.
if I open a series page and mouse over parts, it usually or always shows the read percentage.
But if I open a part, it always says "Resuming on page -1" or "Resuming on page 0" and starts at the beginning. The information is technically there but it's impossible to navigate the website in a normal, usable way.
I don't know if every title or part is affected, or just every one I've checked.
Is this expected?
