Hello,
Some other things I've noticed:
- user feed seems OK (https://labs.j-novel.club/feed/user/...), but the other URLs I use are getting 503: https://labs.j-novel.club/app/v1/releases and https://labs.j-novel.club/app/v1/parts/:slug: .
- while reading in the web client, part listing in the top left corner is weird. EG, instead of "Nia Liston > Volume 5 > part1", it's "Nia Liston > Volume 5 > nialiston". "Disowned but Not Disheartened!" shows up as "Disowned but Not Disheartened! > Volume 1 > Disowned". A quick scan of other LN and manga titles shows a similar pattern. I see this in Firefox and chrome.

I'd guess that's because it'd now v2 instead of v1. https://labs.j-novel.club/app/v2/releases gets a protobuf doc back.
I checked, and all the downloaded EPUBs I have amount up to the same 450 my account says.
Also, while it's too early to say for sure, incidentally it seems that the upgrade has fixed my longstanding annoyance of having to restart my browser to read comic chapters if it's been more than an hour or so since I read one in that session...

No.
There really are a lot of items that show as not being in my user library where I've got the premium download on my OneDrive.
Series where there's no way I don't have all of them as I started purchasing them direct from JNC from the beginning.
Others where I went and purchased from JNC despite already having copies via GooglePlay or Kobo so I'd get the premium content, once I became aware they had bonus stories.If I have it display only those titles where there are unpurchased volumes way too many titles still display, with many volumes shown as not purchased.
Something is very wrong concerning my user library.
Now, it could just be that I'm special, but my initial presumption is that others are impacted as well.It was after I did the post that I spotted the number listed being 1000; I edited my post to reflect that.

@Rahul-Balaggan Yup it looks fixed. I can see my normalish number of volumes... and now to start ignoring it again so I don't have to think about just what it implies...

I'm unable to buy coins. I tried from firefox and chrome, on my laptop and my phone, and I always get the error message:Failed to purchase coins. Unknown error: 500

Came across a calendar issue on desktop. It doesn't appear to load ebook volumes on the calendar for followed series properly. Most of the ebook releases coming out for me near the end of the October and November aren't showing up when I have my filters set to followed. They only show up when I set the filters to All Series. This issue is affecting series like D-Genesis, Zero Believers, EXP is Golden, Otome Heroine, Wortenia, and so on.

This is the issue I'm having using the web app. I've logged foo and back on, as well as hard refreshed my browser to reload the app, but it won't let me read anything telling me to subscribe, but my account shows I'm subscribed. And I assume the read progress history is still being updated, as that still isn't showing up for me yet.

Update from my end on reading progress: for novel parts it is now shown in the android app, and it updates, too, when i read something.
all manga parts are still showing as unread, and don't update after reading them.. -
So just curious if there's going to be any kind of credit given if the login problems linger too long. I apparently won't be able to log in and read any of my follows until google login is restored.

If via the web site on a PC?
No, it worked fine for me hours ago.
Proper Volume | Part information is now displaying for me on the calendar screen, as well as reading history on the series page. In addition, the link leads to that section of the story; this is on a PC, dunno about the app.
Thought I'd mention "Good News" for once! -

Huh.
Since I do make a lot of purchases at JNC, I just rechecked and it still works for me. (In other words, my second purchase of max coins in one day...)
...make sure you have your adblock turned off?
It now brings in two-factor authorization via a code sent via text or email, so it needs to be able to open up a Stripe payment thingy with a security code prompt. Depending upon your adblocker that might prove problematical; I use Ublock Origin, and have it turned off for JNC as Ublock is aggressive in what it disallows... -

Are you properly logged in?
Folks using an indirect login (such as a Google account) rather than entering a password directly have been experiencing difficulties logging in...I've had no problems reading parts via the website since it came back up.
The message you describe is the kind of thing that shows up when it thinks you aren't logged in.
