As of right now business hours have not started anywhere in America.
I expect a minimum of 6 hours from right now.
This is just an estimate I put together. Our IT team works from various time zones.
They have been informed. So we are just waiting for their work hours to start yo address it.

I did one step short of this and went into Apps in the system preferences and deleted the app data for the JNC app, and that did successfully get it working for me.

I've tried both deleting cache and uninstalling the app, neither worked.
Region: France
Device: Asus zenphone 9Also, I don't know if they share any infrastructure, but JNC Nina's app still work perfectly.

@pcj Clearing cache and data worked for me on Android, Sweden. Reinstalling didnt work tho

Our team is actively looking into this. In the meantime this was shared by them on our Discord:
Hi everyone. I've been looking into this issue. I haven't found any clear indication what caused so many people to experience this at one time. This error will happen from time to time due to network conditions but it should be very rare.
Others in this channel have covered relevant troubleshooting steps if this happens. I'll restate them here:
- Restart the app by closing it and launching it.
- If that doesn't fix it, clear the application data.
- On iOS: Delete the app from the home screen or under storage in system settings. Offloading the app will not clear the application data.
- On Android: In system settings, under the storage tab of the JNC mobile app, clear storage and cache.
We're going to keep looking into this and find any changes and fixes we can implement.

@Rahul-Balaggan Android 14 user on Google Pixel 8. I cleared the cache and storage, uninstalled, etc. Still receiving Initialization error: Communication with server failed, try again later.
Any ETA of when this will be fixed?

Clearing App storage on my Pixel 9 worked for me.

@Marius8 update from my end: clearing the data of the app worked.

I deleted my cache and data several times and uninstalled a few times, one of them randomly got it to work. Not sure why.

Deleted data and I can see stuff. Now in a password reset loop since changing my password on the forum side did nothing to the other side, and I have too many failed attempts now. shrugs
