my books don't resume where I left off

In the past before the last update, jnovel books use to resume where I last was at in a section/part. Now it puts up a little text box where it left off percentage for only a split second before loading the book instead and you might not read it fast enough. It always resumes to the beginning of the part/section. Can you fix it to resume where I am currently reading like before? Also this current system can force you back to the beginning if you accidentally pull down on the page which refreshes the page and is a huge pain in the butt trying to figure out where you were just reading at.
