This one is begging for a license rescue. Or, maybe, it's just me begging.
I remember it pretty fondly and thought it served well as a companion piece to the games.
While the majority of the novel's story got forced out of canon, it's still a good read and contains relevant bits and pieces of lore, some of which are mentioned in the later games.
It also features Dante from Devil May Cry.

I've no idea how reasonable of a request this is, but hey, worth a shot.

@Shinrin Actually, Capcom acknowledged the stories of both of the novels as canon, shortly before DMC5 released. It's just that in the case of the first novel, they had to retcon and modify a certain character's identity since it didn't jive with the current game's lore(I think you know who I'm talking about). Otherwise, it gives you great insight into Dante's life before he officially became a Demon Hunter, how his mind actually works, and the people in his life.
