@atorbites I am surprised that people reading machine translations of JNC titles on our site, but since it is a valid use case, we have removed the line that explicitly disables Google Translate on our new reader. It had been placed there to counter the auto-translation feature of chrome that can be irritating.

Is there a way to see specifically which translator and editor worked on a specific volume of a series where the translator or editor changed midway?

Glad you guys switched back to the old design, the new website was ugly as hell. Forget the redesign: just add a dark mode to the old site (especially the reader) and go from there.

@pynkbites Yeah, no the new site definitely needs more work, especially on the front page, but it still way better than the current one especially the library and book pages.

I like being able to find the catch up easily from the home screen (though it would be nice if it were a search option too to be uniform with the app).

I also prefer the new reader on the website (with the vertical scroll). I'll be sticking with the Beta site.

Hi, i dont know this is a issue for everyone or just me but monday, i could use new version of the site with normally. Later, i was checking forums and i clicked the link old.j-novel.club after that when ever i want to access the new version i need to use this link beta.j-novel.club normal link j-novel.club sents me the old version.

On the calendar https://beta.j-novel.club/calendar, every new release today opens fine, except for https://beta.j-novel.club/read/marginal-operation-volume-8-chapter-2, which result in 404.

Looking at https://beta.j-novel.club/titles/marginal-operation, somehow Vol 8 data is not populated.

I don't know if that bug was already reported but after buying a book on the new site the "BACK" button stop working and display the pop-up window normally displayed when clicking "BUY" instead of going back to the title list.

I would be good to have the ISBN for the physical release on the website so that it is easier to search for them on store fronts.
I find it much easier to search by ISBN than gamble on if you have the manga or LN as it's hard to tell sometimes. This is how I usually do it with SS and YP books.

Noticed I could change the font size on the new reader today.

I checked and also italic texts are now shown properly.

Oh my gosh the new reader is 10x better than it used to be. Very impressed. Now would be kinda cool if going full screen actually was full screen.

What do you mean? When I click Full Screen the whole screen is used compared to what is here in the old reader.

@BartzBB I mean full screen as in the whole screen, like pulling up a youtube video. No taskbar, no browser bar at the top.
