I thought the volume 1 image was more controversial. The author was very upset that the image was banned, especially because the novel itself is designated as "all-ages" (though, I think in the visual novel sense of all ages since I think there's some controversial inserts?).

Well the creator didn't see anything wrong either, lol. And he wasted about 400 dollars making it a promotional tweet, so I can see why he would be a bit irate.
