It's a good title though, if the manga adaptation is anything to go by...

I don't think Eat Panchreas, Same Dream Again, and Another is Light Novel, because they have no illustration or use A6/B6 paper. If they are LN, would I put Murakami Haruki's novel or Minato Kanae's Confessions as LN too?

Term light novel doesn't have anything to do with whether it has illustrations or not. More apt description would be young adult literature, usually with a length of around 50.000 words. Besides, I Want to Eat Your Pancreas was originally published on Narou as a webnovel.

@mochamaal For simplicity sake, I believe DoubleMangekyo decided to limit the list to only the major non-defunct LN publishers. If that English publisher started getting more books (those were released 7 and 4 years ago, respectively) maybe they would be considered. But the fact that they have no sort of anime-style cover, no manga adaptation and no anime adaptation, really would make most of us say it's not a LN in any form, other than the JP publisher just happens to also release LNs.
Like, Penguin Highway is considered a regular novel, but the fact that it also has anime movie adaptation makes it marketable to LN fans.
Legend of the Galactic Heroes and All You Need is Kill also more or less fall under this category due to manga/anime adaptations (though they are not on this list due to being released by a non-major LN publisher).The only exception to this I can think of is No Longer Human, which does have a manga adaptation (by Junji Ito), but given it was published in 1948 I don't think anyone considers it a LN.

@legitpancake Does Namiya General Store have anime adaptation? I think novels from Kadokawa Bunko are not LN (maybe BEATLESS is some exception, I dont buy it here yet but when I checked in Amazon example for Japanese ver there's no illust, only on cover)
BTW Minato Kanae's Confessions (告白) uses same label as I Want to Eat Your Pancreas
