Hello,
I've pre-ordered "I Shall Survive Using Potions! Volume 7 (English Edition) Kindle Ausgabe"on Amazon.de (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B095SRV4G5). And today should be release date. but the only thing what I get was Preveiw.
In the discreption this book has Only "22 Sites" and is 402 KB great. (only the datas fom the Preview)
Was this not updatet?
Do you not have the book published yet or is this a mistake from Amazon?

@chaos-master according to the timer on the calendar, it's 4 hours away from release. Maybe 5, I forget if it rounds up or down. But just give it those few hours, then it should come out.

maybee, that shoul be the problem. in my homecountry is it now 3.30 am. and i get only the preview as download.i will wait. hopefull amazon does send an upgrade...

@chaos-master We are aware of the issue and trying to figure out what happened. Unfortunately, it's currently the weekend so we don't know when exactly this will be resolved. We uploaded the ebook last week, so we're not sure if it's an issue with our distributor or with Amazon.

While I haven't experienced this with Amazon, several times with Kobo I've still had the preview well after the scheduled time of release; in every case it only got cleared up when Kobo's online chat folks reloaded the file from their side of things.
They had the proper file, but somehow it hadn't overwritten the preview version attached to my pre-order until they forced it to do so.
So I'd say it wouldn't hurt to try talking to Amazon's online help folks; they aren't always clueless.

@weasalopes i asked für support, befor i write here, and they couldn't do anything since the discribtion says "22 Sites". And now there are investigating the whole thing...

Well Amazon now removed the book from being purchasable

@ephidiel i have see it. It's no wonder, if all people complain about the same Problem (Preview = complet book)
I think its time, that the Publisher is contact amazon (or other around) and make this all right...

"can you check if the correct file is loaded on the order"At one level I completely understand why front-line support staff are trained to never deviate from the Official List of Questions to Ask and Things to Request be Attempted...to the point that they're to outright ignore anything the end-user says they've already attempted prior to support staff starting down said list.
In a significant number of cases that does take care of the issue.
I've experienced that from both sides of the service desk...including a situation where a friend's cat had knocked the phone line out of her PC's modem back in the dial-up days.But it's irritating as heck when it really is something other than what's on that list.
There also seems to be the issue that front-line support staff don't appear have the access required to actually attempt to open digital content available for sale from their firm...which I can totally understand from a couple of perspectives, but there should be someone they can then bump the issue to elsewhere in their operation who does have that ability.

@chaos-master The publisher uploaded the final version of the ebook over a week ago, well within the deadlines, and yet Amazon still messed it up. J-Novel Club has been sending emails for several days now and it still is not fixed. I recommend getting a refund and buying elsewhere, like Kobo, Google Play, or Bookwalker.
