I have tried to add two credit cards in my attempt to subscribe to your service. However, in both cases, both are unable to be used having the issue of "do not support this type of purchase". I did subscribe before with my credit card, so now, I don't understand why it is now unavailable. Is it due to the changes of adding Stripe? Why are we being inconvenienced by this issue?

Your best bet is to contact support@j-novel.club directly for anything involving money.

@bordmouth If it worked in the past, it's possible something changed on your credit card issuer's end. Perhaps they've encountered a high type of fraud from subscription services and are now disallowing their use with their cards.

J-Novel Club has used Stripe as its payment processor since it first started almost 5 years ago. There have been no changes on that front whatsoever. It's more likely that there's something wrong with your card, which you will have to call your bank or card issuer to investigate.

Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.
