      I attempted to buy some books with my credit/debit card. Then, their server said my card could not accepted my transaction but when I tried many times so they said I am being exceeded within 24 oras. In the past times, it worked fine without any problems but this was the first time I faced this incident. I am curious on why this is happening and solution of this as well.
