Synopsis [from novelupdates]:
[The Eternal Scattering Flowers: Fiore Caduto Eterna] is a game ill-suited of being known as a galge, as the main heroine would – regardless of the chosen route – meet her demise.
Fudou Niito, a resident of Japan, went to bed dissatisfied with the ending of the game. When he next awoke, he found himself in the body of the game’s hated fake saint, Elrise.Confused, but with an understanding that Elrise’s actions would spell disaster for many lives in the future, he took advantage of the situation and acted to change the course of history.
As a result, despite her rotten personality, Elrise was adored by those around her as a perfect saint. Furthermore, the game itself was intrinsically linked to his original world and changed accordingly to suit Elrise’s actions. Without any knowledge of what the hell was going on, the fake saint Elrise continued to alter her fate.
My Pitch:
This one of those great comicly misunderstood MC stories, Elrise does such a good job faking being the Saint that she does a better job being a Saint than any of the past 'real' Saints. Other characters view her actions as acts of great benevolence when she is mostly acting on whims while trying to keep up her good image; for instance she venture deep into demon held lands to blow off steam bybullyingdefeating demons or heal a disfigured girl because she would rather look at a pretty face. Also, she works so hard in training her magic that she powers an OP protagonist, and just mows through monsters. This is just a fun story and I would love to have it on JNCThanks to @Weasalopes for the added info

I was also considering making a suggestion topic for this one. I absolutely loved this story, even though usually I'm not a fun of misunderstanding gender bender plots. I'd like to add that the plot itself is actually pretty solid, and the story manages to find the perfect balance between seriousness and comedy. The comedy itself is also very well written. It's interesting how author manages to avoid repetition while using different PoV. The chapters written from the MC's point of view often don't tell the full picture and rather show her thoughts about the events that happen, and then other perspective chapters show things how they really happen. Finally, the story actually managed to make me tear up at least once, and that's not that you usually expect from the usual misunderstanding comedy.

This sounds pretty promising, I'm already a fan of gender benders and stories that the potential misunderstandings in this story could make this a hilarious read

Having just finished reading the web novel, I had to check if a suggestion topic existed. That said, I'm on the fence on whether I want J-Novel to be the ones to licence this, as I really want print editions for this, especially considering the fact that it's unlikely to be much more then five to eight volumes long.
Still, an upvote for this suggestion.

Someone licensing it is a good starting point, and better someone who does print editions (albeit not for all of their titles) than one of those others who doesn't do print at all.
And best a publisher who shows no signs of dropping titles; J-Novel really does strive to complete any series they license. -
