and Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu I will definitely buy the premium version this both novel.because for me they are great to read plz licences them T_T

Without some more info (publisher, volumes, publishing status, etc), maybe a cover, and also a reason why it should be licensed nobody is gonna bother upvoting your post/suggestion. Have a look at the other topics in this forum for an idea on how you can add more info to yours.

This discussion and the one in the other thread about Hiraheishi mainly concerns the source novels, not their manga adaptations.
And as far as Alphapolis goes, no-one's been able to license any of their light novel works...
