I have yet to buy the volumes, and after finding out Seven Seas was caught red handed for changing certain scenes.
Now Aside the scene with Rudi touching a character and it was changed.
For anyone who bought volumes 1 to 14, did you notice any censorship in volumes 2 to 9?
Since volumes 1 to 9 have had their volumes censorship be undone. When the digital volumes are concerned, Not sure for the paper back volumes.
I will look into if someone else have brought this up before, just curious. on how to approach buying the LNs.

I think the main thread discussing the topic was at https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/4188/seven-seas-in-trouble-for-heavy-alterations-and-censorship-of-light-novels?page=1 - beware: it may contain spoilers.

        Stay shiny, y'all.

I would also suggest reading the great article Kim Morrissy wrote on the subject of Seven Seas’s censorship controversy on Anime News Network

“There’s always a story. It’s all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything’s got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.” ― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

@thenovelmusician69 - I enjoyed 1-9 and had no idea about the changes while reading them, I only found out from seeing the old thread here.

Like I said in that thread, I can understand why an editor would soften Paul's backstory for English readers, since they are less accepting of a "good" character who is (big spoiler)

            spoiler

There was nothing like the equivalent of black bars, bright lights, or heavy steam in any of the text making me think something had been cut or changed.

Check these twitter threads for (nonexaustive) list of changes between old and revised versions.
              volumes 1 to 3
              volumes 4 to 7
              volume 8
              volume 9
Note that vol.2 and 3 have so little changes because SS did a rush job and only fixed what had been complained the most about instead of full revision.

@lily-garden Thank you, this will help. Will be careful about the spoilers as best I can.
Since I made the account in fall, the videos talking about the censorship was watched back in May.

                  @wellwisher Thank you,
I looked at the changes in volume 1 to 3 and the second link.
Have yet to look at all of the changes. Need to be careful, since accepting any small Censorship might be a snowball rolling down a hill. <--- Paraphrasing.
pretty much not sure how I feel about the original Changes,
Will be looking in the link Lily Garden linked me, and look at the other changes when I can, and then either just buy the kindle version that had their Censorship fixed. While Buying volume 10 and physical possibly.
