i cant buy a subscription:(

hello when i want to buy a subscription this error occurs:

Payment for this subscription requires additional user action before it can be completed successfully. Payment can be completed using the PaymentIntent associated with subscription.latest_invoice. and it simply dont accept my payment for some reason.Help me please:(

I think that error may mean that it's a problem with 3D secure which JNC currently doesn't use (it's on their to do list). I'm not sure anything can be done if that's the issue at least until the payment part of the site gets updated.
