Panties Reincarnation. I’m a Pair of Panties, so What?
-
I believe that a gratuitous perspective is fundamental to widening your areas of interest and culling the naivety which prevents you from exploring the yet to be trodden small corners in the light novel world. That said, "panties reincarnation" intrigues me very much and is at the forefront of this unexplored realm. Because of that, I propose it as a suggestion which I hope is sincerely considered.
Author's calico cat. There's no known artist or even any illustration in this as far as I can tell but that's no problem.
Published in the year 2015 by syosetu with a total of 37 chapters. Here's a synopsis
'I wished on shooting star “I want to have a beautiful girl’s panties” but instead was reincarnated as a baby’s diaper. As expected, I haven’t gone of the right track enough to pant over an infant, but I think I’ll persevere for the beautiful girl she’ll grow into.
It’s a Shining Genji Plan kinda thing!
I’ll show it, my “Panties Evolution”! Hyahha-! Peerless Panties! I’m a pair of panties so I’m not ashamed!'

That sounds so ungodly terrible that I'd be 100% all in on reading.

I'll admit the title was odd enough that I opened the topic to investigate.
Unfortunately, JNC only deals with licensing works that have been published by publishing houses, and Narou just doesn't count.
There doesn't appear to be a Japanese LN of this work. One of the more recently established publishers of licensed LN translations is also doing some direct from WN deals, but for the life of me I can't remember just which one it is; I have purchased some of them, but that's not something I've included in my notes.
If you can determine which firm that is, try pitching this to them. -
@weasalopes Cross Infinite World does license web novels directly, but they primarily target the female demographic. Even though they do have some exceptions, they tend not to be as blatantly male-targeted and fanservice-filled as this sounds. So I don’t think they’d go after this title.
There may be another publisher if you’re thinking of a newer one, as they’ve been around about as long as J-Novel Club, I think.

Nah, Cross Infinite Worlds would be the one.
I agree that it's highly doubtful they'd be interested, but it's the only possibility I'm aware of for a licensed TL of a WN at this time. -

Aside of Mynoghra, are there others?

Given we're getting further off-topic, the simplest way to determine that would be to consult the list of what they are publishing.
Their website would seem a good place to look. -
@korppi I’m not sure, to be honest, but I did read that at least one of their titles was original male demographic but had a female protagonist. I can’t remember which one, though it may have been Little Princess in Fairy Forest, which was tagged both josei and seinen on their website. I’ve only read a few of their books, though I’ve got loads on my wish list, so I haven’t read that one, and all the ones I read seemed to be more female demographic or at least could be marketed as such.

Worth mentioning that there was briefly a fan translation of a chapter or two (which raised my eyebrows while investigating the “reincarnated as object” tag from TenKen) but even they noped out and deleted it.
