After finishing the Spice & Wolf Anime, where do I continue you from? Manga or Light Novel?

The light novel is the original source, it has been a while but if I remember correctly the anime covers volumes 1,2,3, and 5. I might be wrong about which one was skipped, but the anime did skip a volume that is important to the ongoing narrative. Between that and the fairly extensive changes made in the first season it would be worth your v time to just start from the beginning

The Spice and Wolf light novel audio book is also available as a DRM-free MP3 download on Downpour, as well as other audiobooks from Yen Audio.

I just took a look at funimation and yes the anime does indeed skip vol. 4, which as you said does skip some fairly important narrative.

@strangeattractor I hadn’t heard of them. Thank you.
-
@Cooper-Cummings-gk5u8qq Yes I know that but between the Light Novel version or the Manga version does it matter which one I read or is there really no difference between them.

@Ruby-Eye The light novel is still the original source; the manga is an adaptation of the light novel. The manga is also long over while the LN kept going, so at some point you would have to switch to the LN to read more anyway.
-
@myskaros Okay that's all I wanted too know, thank you.

To be fair, the spring log books are more of a sequel, running concurrent with Wolf and Parchment. The manga is nsfw, unlike the anime, so be aware of that if you read it. It also moves things around. A lot.
