Name: Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? (Is This a Zombie?)
•LNDB
Publisher: Fujimi Fantasia Bunko (Fujimi Shobo)Date: January 20, 2009 - June 20, 2015 (19 volumes)
Author: Shinichi Kimura
Illustrators: Kobuichi, Muririn
Synopsis: Not every zombie is the monstrous, brain-eating type.
One night while walking home from the convenience store, regular high school boy Ayumu Aikawa is killed by a serial killer, and is just as suddenly brought back to life by a necromancer named Eucliwood Hellscythe. One small caveat: he's now a zombie. Things get even weirder for him when he accidentally steals a magical girl's uniform, and thus her powers! Haruna, the ex-magical girl, orders him to fight evil creatures known as Megalo in her place until they can figure out a way to get her powers back to her.
Reason: It's hilarious and funny, the guy was forced to wear magical girl costume (he's a zombie btw) to fight monsters. Also there's a pervert female character (not gonna mention the name), she like main character's ass for some reason. I like the anime but I want to read LN for full experience and enjoyment from it, upvote this if you think this is great series for J-Novel Club to have.
My favorite scene anime -

This series was extremely absurd.

@lilithr02r1 Didn’t have too much interest until the gif, now I’m sold!

I still remember this series and I want the novels.
-
I thought the anime ending was quite tragic but I'd still like to know what happens in the end
-
The series is complete and has a total of 19 volumes. I hope J-Novel will license the same.

Giving a small Halloween bump to this one. 🎃

This is easily one of my favorite echi series. The characters and concept just work so wonderfully. Would buy this instantly.
-
The anime was good, and I was disappointed with how the manga just abruptly ended so I'd happily buy the series LN if it was translated.
-

Favourite comedy series, I’d love to read the light novel. Made an account to upvote this lol -

Absolutely loved the anime back then, wanted to read the light novel but it was never licensed in English. The novel had already ended back in 2015, would love to read the rest of the story!
-
Praying for the day to see that novel in English. Nice anime, nice seasons. Sad because the manga is so short, but the light novels are great. Praying for the license.

Read the fan translation of this one a while ago and absolutely loved them, decided to also watch the anime and adored it too. Found out that the novels had already finished for some time and the translation is dead. I need to see the ending!
