Can‘t open Mangas in Safari
-
Tried several Mangas with iPad and IPhone to open. Safari Browser reloads two times on both and gives an Error has occured Massage with no Errorcode. Latest I.O.S and Safaribrowser are installed.

This is a problem multiple people have reported; I’ve provided a detailed sequence of events.
Unfortunately, it’s been going on for months and no signs of a solution - not even any communication from the developers.
It’s to the point where I ignore manga releases, no matter how promising they sound. The laptop screen is too small to read them comfortably, and they don’t work on the iPad.

We're very sorry for the problem. We haven't been able to replicate the issue (manga works perfectly fine on my iPhone on Safari) so we don't have an ETA on when we could have this fixed.
Have you attempted both on local wifi and on cellular data? Do you get the same problem in both cases?
-
@myskaros tried at Home with WIFI. J-Novel App works fine. Maybe it is a regional Problem? Like some Regionblocks? My actuall Location is Europe. Celluar Data did take 5 mins and showed no progress in loading.

@Salkeaner If the app works fine, then there's likely some sort of network problem (as in, a network between your device and our servers is not delivering data properly), because the data is coming from the same source. We'll keep trying to look into it, but this might not be something we can solve in a short timeframe.

My guess (and it's only a guess, based on observed behavior) is that iPad Safari is running out of memory when it tries to load the manga content - the manga reader framework appears to load, it starts trying to load the actual manga page, then the reader crashes and the web page force-reloads.
You said you've tried it on an iPhone, specifically; did you test it on an iPad? I'm guessing the manga reader framework loads different page assets based on the screen resolution?
-
Might be worth listing which iphone/ipad you have if memory is potentially an issue. JNC may not have the same ones that are experiencing the problems.
-
I’m currently using a 4th generation iPad Air, so fairly recent.

Tested on IPhone 7s with 107.6/128 GB and IPad (9. Generation) with 41.8/256 GB.
Working with App but not with Safari. -
