      Considering this is currently airing:
      I'm actually not sure how this hasn't been licensed, but if I had to guess the only publishers that would pick this up would be J-novel or Seven Seas due to already having a publication history with kodansha. My only guess it hasn't been picked up because Kodansha shotgunned 8 novels out in 3 years time and despite its similar plot tropes, it's not isekai.
