LN: https://www.es-novel.jp/booktitle/118highelf_r.php
Manga: https://www.comic-earthstar.jp/detail/highelf/So I ran into the manga for this one and it was pretty interesting. Since the main character is a high elf who's going to live over 1000 years it makes for a bit of a different take on Slice of Life because the story is able to skip forward years at a time as the character spends time in different places allowing you to actually see how the world and the people he interacts with change as time goes on.
This novel does appear to be moving at a somewhat aggressive release schedule considering the first volume came out April 2021 and volume 4 came out in January 2022. The author does have a WN for the title on syosetu which appears to still be getting updated regularly.

This one sounds interesting enough to read. The time jumps if done properly will keep me engaged, I suspect.

Read the fan-scanlations for this last night through today. I quite enjoyed it so I'll give this my vote. Slice of Life Adventure series with a large passage of time tickle my interest.
Those that have read Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End (Manga) will be familiar with the concept. It's essentially a slice of life series where the protagonist is traveling the world making connections and friends while the passage of time is depicted via years typically. So the protagonist does revisit some places and we see how things have changed. It's not a very action oriented series as it tends to focus more on the different life spans than fighting battles.
It's a rare Earth Star title that is stable in publication with volume 6 having come out back in September.
